School-Enterprise Cooperation Initiative for Vocational Education Reform

In order to implement the "Implementation Plan for Vocational Education Reform" and strive to achieve a pattern of "school enterprise cooperation, industry academia win-win", on March 22, 2021, a group of five leaders from Tiejia Technology went to Henan University. Under the warm reception of Dean Zhao, the two sides conducted learning and exchange work.
Dean Zhao introduced the development history of Henan University over a hundred years and delved into future cooperation between the two sides in areas such as talent training, student internships, student employment, technical exchanges, and technical cooperation. Both parties believe that school enterprise cooperation is an inevitable choice for schools, enterprises, and society to practice scientific development in the new era. It is a school operation mechanism guided by market and social needs, and an effective way to quickly cultivate high-quality skilled and innovative talents and enhance the innovation and development capabilities of enterprises.
Mr. Zheng from Tiejia Technology mentioned that he hopes both sides can carry out multi-level, multi form, and multi field cooperation, achieving organic integration and optimized allocation of school and enterprise resources. Mutual promotion, common progress, and common development, achieving mutual benefit and win-win, cultivating more high-quality and high-level talents that meet the needs of society and enterprises.
This school enterprise cooperation and exchange activity is just the beginning. We firmly believe that in the future, under the joint guidance of both parties, our cooperation will go deeper, broaden the path of school enterprise cooperation, develop together, and achieve fruitful results.
